Dave helped us on a few aspects in the business, most notable helping us work better as a team and understand each other better.

We met at an Entrepreneurial event for young business graduates. Dave’s positivity and engaging nature ensured we had to meet to discuss synergies and it was evident we can do with his help.

Understanding each other on the leadership team. It has been very challenging breaking out of a small dynamic team to a structured effective team where everybody knows their contribution but we don’t end up as a small corporate.

Connecting vision and dreams with reality and not just being frustrated with nobody getting the bigger picture. We could elevate and start having real conversations about what we need to achieve.

Getting teams to understand each other to become more than the sum of the parts and prevent working against each other.
