In mentoring, I always start with WHO before WHAT.

So, let me introduce myself. I’m Dave Betts, a person in my mid-50s, happily married for over 30 years, and proud parent of grown-up kids who are each running their own businesses around the world.

I have a positive outlook on life and approach it with a strategic and purposeful mindset. I’m constantly seeking opportunities to learn, unlearn, and grow in every possible way. To me, wisdom is the greatest gift one can possess, as it serves as the wellspring for all other aspects of life.

Throughout my life, I've been a leader in various capacities.

I’ve had the privilege of being both an entrepreneur and the founder of multiple successful companies and charities. These experiences have shaped me into the person I am today and have brought me to a point where I can work alongside entrepreneurs and leaders, hoping to share the wealth of experience and wisdom I’ve gained along my own journey.

I firmly believe that our most valuable lessons come not from our successes but from our mistakes.

It is through these challenging times that we learn the most and can apply ourselves in a way that sets the course for our lives.

I believe that by fostering a teachable attitude with vulnerability and a healthy dose of curiosity it is possible to consistently grow and expand finding genuine purpose and transforming the lives of those we come in contact with.
