In what capacity have you engaged with Dave?

Dave has been assisting us as a company as well as one on one coaching with me.

How did you hear about Dave and what made you decide to work with him?

We met Dave through a mutual friend and at first, I was hesitant with working with him because of that association… I did however notice that his knowledge was extensive, and enthusiasm was infectious, so we decided to give him a try and haven’t looked back since… he has been a valuable asset to all of us.

What have been some of the positive outcomes from your work with Dave?

He has driven me to be more decisive and focused on areas that needed attention. His meetings with our staff have motivated them to be better which has had a positive impact throughout the company.

How has your work with Dave challenged and grown you as a leader?

He has definitely helped me grow… he keeps me motivated and challenges me to perform tasks… being able to ask him for perspective has also enabled me to make better decisions and focus on the important issues at hand.

I would definitely recommend him to others… he is a wealth of knowledge and perspective and a great motivator of people.
